As a 501 (c) 3 supporting organization affiliated with the University of Pittsburgh and UPMC, we may receive your name, address, phone number, and other such information (called “demographic information”) and dates that health care or education was provided to you. We may also share demographic information with colleagues at the University of Pittsburgh or UPMC.
You may then begin receiving newsletters, emails or other information materials or be asked for a donation to support enhanced patient care, treatment, education or research.
