Gifts of Cash
Gifts to The Eye & Ear Foundation are tax-deductable to the full extent of the Internal Revenue Code. Gifts of cash are our main source of donation, and no amount is to small – every little bit helps us advance further. Your gift can be made by check or credit card via this website, mail, or phone.

Pledge
A Pledge is similar to a cash gift in that it can be made by check or credit card. Pledges, however, differ in that they include a promise to pay a specified amount annually, over a given amount of time, often four or five years. If you are interested in making a Pledge, please contact us by telephone at (412) 383-8756, or print and fill out our Pledge Form, and mail it back to us at the above address.
